SAP SAP Market Research Manager - Brand and Creative Insights in Bellevue, Washington

We are seeking an early career Market Research Manager. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable brand and creative insights to inform, measure and improve brand and creative marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will have marketing research and insights experience (either agency-side or client-side) . They will have an innate curiosity, sound judgment and a consultative point of view. The ideal candidate is data-drivenadept at interpreting and distilling both qualitative and quantitative data into actionable business insights. They will have ability to manage ambiguity, drive for clarity, collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally, and manage multiple projects.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 to 5 years of market research experience (agency and/or client-side)

  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies related to positioning, messaging, naming, brand health, copy-testing, advertising performance and creative effectiveness

  • Ability to analyze data across variety of sources and articulate complex concepts with simplicity and clarity

  • Compelling written and verbal communication skills; experience crafting executive presentations

  • A proactive mindset, sense of urgency, and can do collaborative attitude that drives initiatives to success

  • A working knowledge of business technology software and B2B audience is preferred but not required

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 68200 - 149300(USD) USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
