The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 1400 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and has recently welcomed new teams focusing on business applications. What you`ll do
Take the driver's seat in innovation within SAP's internal Development Platform, Hyperspace, as a SAFe Product Manager. Your mission? Streamline the Release Management Process for our Cloud Products, ensuring we deliver solutions that SAP DevOps teams truly adore.
Collaborate closely with SAP's esteemed Process and Compliance expert teams, alongside other stakeholders, to pinpoint and prioritize the crucial requirements for the Hyperspace internal Development Platform.
Facilitate dynamic product exploration and planning sessions among product owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, fostering the creation of scalable, groundbreaking solutions that cultivate a culture of excellence and productivity.
Take the reins in communicating the visionary direction, compelling value proposition, and anticipated outcomes, while adeptly managing the backlog within your SAFe Agile Release Train.
What you bring
Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification.
More than 5 years of experience in the field of software development, preferable in Cloud Native Technologies and/or Platform Engineering.
Good knowledge in Agile Software Engineering and continuous development practices
Preferably strong knowledge on Software delivery processes and good understanding of release management best practices.
Experience working with compliance and quality standards.

Youll be part of the Product and Solution Manager team of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) Hyperspace which is used by all SAP internal development teams (30.000 people).
Hyperspace is build using the Platform-as-a-Product approach and the team has the overall end-to-end responsibility for the platform.
Our ambition is to modernize the inhouse development and delivery processes to delight SAP teams to develop better enterprise ready software.
We are extending our current product management team in Germany by building a strong expert team in Sofia.
