SAP ABAP Developer - SAP LABS in Bangalore, India

What you bring :
1-3 years of experience with ABAP OO, CDS, Fiori, RAP, oData AND SAP Logistics modules (SAP SD/MM)
Knowledge on CFD/FBE delivery process.
Knowledge in Gen AI is a plus
Knowledge in SAP AI Core, Joule capability building, ISLM is a plus.
Proven track record of successful project/product performance regarding customer satisfaction, quality deliverables and on-time delivery
LEAN thinking. Scrum / Agile development experience

What youll do:
Proactively engage with stakeholders to recognizeand document business and system requirements. Ensure comprehensive coverage of local regulatory requirements impacting SAP's business processes.
Bring in innovative mind set to improve customer experience.
Develop comprehensivesolution designs and solutions using RAP, Fiori, GenAI etc.
Provide ongoing support after implementation, addressing issues, andimproving customer experience.
Willingness to drive customerdemos/workshopsto showsolutions, extensibilitycapabilities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders ondevelopmentstatus, milestones achieved, and potential risks. Demonstrate a track record of successful go-lives, emphasizing adherence to new legal mandates.
Stay informed about the latest SAP updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Drive innovation and early adoption of new technologies and solutions in close collaboration with SAP Product Development as well as other teams within IT.
Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization andsolution improvements. Ensure alignment with regulatory mandates and adherence to best practices.
Ensure unit test automation for the developed solution,when and whereverpossible.
