What You'll Do :

Automate operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with security requirements

Help teams migrate from non-container workloads to containers frameworks

Convert any manual tasks towards code-first mindset and build frameworks to support.

Team-first outlook including building great working relationships with peers across functions

Implement scalable cloud-based solution architectures

What You'll Bring :

Have a good understanding of any public cloud systems like GCP, Azure, and/or AWS Cloud Services, Network Infrastructure, Security Capabilities, Storage Solutions, Database Services/Tooling and Identity & Access.

Development skills using Python, GO, Perl, Bash, Shell or another common language

Good knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and GIT & P4..

Understand core concepts of Kubernetes, Istio, Flagger, ArgoCD/Flux

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering related field or equivalent practical experience

The Devops team at Ariba at the tip of the spear within SAPs global public cloud transition.As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be at the heart of the engineering process building infrastructure & automation that will touch almost every aspect of the different products. You will get an opportunity to work with a high energy team employing some of the industry wide devops practices. You will also get the opportunity to transition the products to public cloud platform with a scope on multiple cloud vendors(GCP,AWS,Azure.
