About the team
Be part of a multicultural team, with young talented people from 20 nationalities located in our Digital Hub in Barcelona. The intern position, assigned to the EMEA MidMarket Sales team is giving you the opportunity to enter the world of Software Sales as well as develop your professional skills within a transparent and collaborative regional organization.
What youll do:

In this role, youll:
Without any doubt, Sales in the IT industry is an amazing and challenging activity, which needs constant update and evolution. The EMEA Regional Sales Motion team is responsible to providing the Sales Teams the proper information and advice about how to better structure the teams and improve the sales processes execution. The internship position will provide support to the Regional COO and the Regional Sales Operations Head to better serve the Sales Teams, based on the following key topics:
Analytics
Prepare and distribute Operational Reports to the relevant stakeholders
Run, analyze and distribute Sales Alerts reports for the main business KPIs
Desing and create ad-hoc reports for Sales Management
Forecast Support
Support the COO in the weekly forecast calls, preparing content and capturing information
Track Follow-up activities during the Business Review with the different Sales Teams
Sales Execution Support
- Support the COO and the Sales Operation Head to assure proper Sales Execution based on regional Best Practices, analyzing actual performance and pushing Sales Team Adoption
Who you are:

Currently enrolled student
Analytical mindset
Experience using excel, creating reports with different formulas and tools
Good communication skills, both written and oral. Customer facing skills will be appreciated
Initiative (bold people) and autonomy to execute assigned responsibilities
Collaborative and teamwork mindset
Strong learning capacities
Preferences for developing a career in Sales or Marketing areas
Languages: English is a must, Spanish will be appreciated
