Principal UI Architect
In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the technical implementation and architectural vision for SAP Concur's UI Framework across a multi-platform product line.
The Core UI team is essential to develop and support a core foundation for frontend development. The team handles a common component library, manages web accessibility compliance, provides tooling for application teams and other infrastructure required across SAP Concurs suite of applications.
What youll do:
Join a high-performing agile team and help refine the teams standards and processes.
Create and communicate the vision of achieving best user experience with least effort
Collaborate with Engineering Management to iterate and make it happen
Ship clean, well-tested and secure code that makes a real difference for customers.
Assist and mentor other team members.
To accomplish this, you will need:
10 years of professional software development experience
Experience with building reusable UI component library is nice to have
Experience with GraphQL is nice to have
Experience with AWS and specifically tools like EKS, CodeBuild, IAM, etc. will be helpful.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actionsare nice to have.
Everyone must be constantly learning and must be constantly teaching others on the team. This can come in the form of code reviews, one on one pairing sessions, group teaching sessions, and more. More broadly, you will be a part of the team that is helping to lead the rest of the company to a new architectural paradigm with a new set of technologies and approaches.
