In this role you will:

  • Write back-end and middle-tier software that delivers world-class experience for your users: Concur travel is growing rapidly. Scalability, stability, security and performance all rest upon a solid, transparently scalable, and robust back-end and middle-tier design. This job provides the opportunity to both define and implement these designs for a complex and challenging set of interrelated business requirements.

  • Learn and grow on a great team: as an SDE 3 you will work together with a great team of experienced and engaged developers in designing new features and re-architecting existing ones. What do you need to bring?

  • BSCS, BSEE, or equivalent years of work experience.

  • 4 years in a technical related field.

  • 2 years working with C#.

  • Experience with SQL Server a plus.

  • Work in a dev/Ops environment a big plus.

  • Experience building services in AWS a plus.

  • Experience building High Volume, scalable Web Applications. Using IIS a plus.

  • Effective communication skills, focusing on presentation of technical information.

  • Strong knowledge of software design and development process.

  • Major competency in multiple languages and programming styles (functional, OOP, etc.).

  • Experience with Golang would be a bonus.

  • Experience with web development and web services, REST, SOAP, SOA Micro services.

  • Good knowledge of JSON, XML data formats.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of software tools, documentation process, and development process.

  • Basic knowledge of QA processes.

  • Basic knowledge of requirements gathering.*LI-TP1
