Purpose and Objective: hybris U.S. Corp seeks a Senior Education Consultant at our Boston, MA office location and various client sites nationwide to be responsible for advanced Training Event Management including logistical infrastructure, customer guidance.
Expectations and Tasks: Internal systems maintenance & reporting. Support of internal and external events. Triggering of training delivery by Education. Management Reporting based on Utilization. Knowledge Management Capabilities, such as setting up KM processes to capture and document knowledge, sharing the learning from experiences and projects, ensuring reusability of knowledge, structuring content and coaching others on how to use / manage the knowledge. Support for technical content creation. Technical trouble shooting for trainees. 50% travel required to client sites nationwide.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and 6 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.
Work Experience: Experience must involve 3 years of Software Development Work: Experience with training software developers, experience with software issues. 2 years of specialized Commerce Software Experience. 2 years of software training experience. Experience managing logistics and technical challenges of a training course independently on a customer site vital. 50% travel required to client sites nationwide.
