SAP Controller - BAC Services NA in Buenos Aires, Argentina

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The BAC Services North America team has an opening for a Controller who is passionate about business steering and driving simplification, standardization, and automation. BAC Services North America is the responsible finance business partner to the CE&S (Customer Engagement & Services) NA Market Units. The responsibilities are comprised of financial business partnering, planning, forecasting, financial close, analyzing, reporting and consolidation of sales (Bookings, Productivity, etc.), Cloud KPIs, Delivery (Revenue, Utilization, etc.), and Headcount. In this role the candidate will support the BAC Services North America team along with Specialized controlling leading a variety of reporting and analysis topics around forecasting, financial close, consolidation, budgeting, reporting and communication of financial results. Candidate will also closely collaborate with the Global BAC Controlling, as well as layers of the NA CE&S Management teams.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Support the BAC Services and Specialized Controlling team leading a variety of reporting and analysis topics.

  • Prepare, analyze, consolidate, and benchmark financial performances and metrics.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial activities.

  • Preparing ad hoc analysis and being part of financial projects.

  • Active participation in the monthly and quarter end close cycles, forecast and budget.

  • Enhancement of current controlling models and processes.

  • Out of the box thinking and the ability to create new processes.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • University degree and/or MBA in Controlling, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

  • Minimum 2-4years of professional work experience with a focus in controlling or finance processes, and strong experience with common SAP applications (e.g., ISP, BW)

  • Advance skills required in excel

  • Ability to present analysis to senior management

  • Ability to drive complex topics

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive management

  • Accuracy and ability to prioritize topics and their financial impact

  • Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills, strong sense of prioritization, results and execution focused

  • Fluent English language skills oral and written
