O2I CSS Finance Specialist

The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) belongs to one of the main pillars of Global Finance which is Global Finance Infrastructure. GFSS environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the Finance processes while delivering global end to end process standards.Within GFSS, the O2I CSS Team (Cloud Software & Support) is responsible for supporting the processes for the administration of Cloud Subscription, Software License and Support contracts and invoices starting with the receipt of signed contracts. The department maintains a strong focus on customer experience, in order to do this, will engage with other relevant departments within the company to resolve problems, drive automation and enablements. It provides timely and relevant reporting and supporting projects.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Support administration of SAP License and Maintenance Software contracts for North America Region

  • Resolves issues with medium to high complexity within general work direction

  • Handle internal/external customers queries within stipulate SLAs

  • Assist Cash Collections team in resolving complex billing issues

  • Executes operational (including transactional) tasks independently to support operations, including specialized activities that are performed to meet specific objectives.

  • Has additional responsibilities and broad knowledge of standard processes and related transactions, or special knowledge on specific areas beyond standard, such as: SOX controls, revenue accounting, provisioning.

  • Develops collaborative work relationships within own team

  • Collaborate closely and cross-functionally CFR, CFO, CC, Rev Rec, Controlling and Sales.

Skills and competencies:

  • Intermediate - Advance English language skills. Comfortable to host calls is preferred

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems and tools

  • Proactive and social personality. Ability to work in team

  • Ability to deal with pressure and deliver fast results

  • Customer experience is a plus as will be in touch with internal stakeholders

Work Experience

  • Clear understanding of the E2E process

  • Working experience with Shared Service Centre (min. 1 year)

  • Experience in expert, catalyst or development program a plus
