Job Summary:

Manage remote and onsite implementations of Concur solutions within pre-defined timeframe while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality and client satisfaction.


  • Anticipate, communicate, mitigate risks/escalations to deliver a great client experience, measured by Customer Effort Survey

  • Manage Concur/partners/client to deliver project within scope and timeline using Concur methodology

  • Provide consultative expertise to guide clients through key decisions and tradeoffs to maintain project scope and timeline

  • Conduct client-facing workshops and presentations for client's executive and project teams independently and successfully

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of ALL parts of the project: quality, timeliness and customer adoption

  • Develop and maintain functional and technical product knowledge, internal implementation methodology and industry best practices

  • Provide contributions to Concur's project methodology and document library

Education, Experience & Training required:

  • Engineering Graduate/ Masters / MBA

  • Strong experience in project management

  • Hands-on software consulting experience implementing financial or hosted applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite or Workday

  • Strong process knowledge in Procure to Pay/Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ability to influence clients and deliver outcomes

  • Extensive experience in full life-cycle financial, and/or HR system implementation

  • Implementation methodology experience/certification: PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile

  • Experience with financial applications and accounting processes

  • Strong organizational and planning skills to consistently deliver on commitments

  • Strong problem-solving skills – ability to dive in and find the solution to any challenge

  • Must have baseline security clearance as a minimum
