Meet your team

Cloud Application Services is a business unit in the CS&D board area focusing on delivery of managed cloud services. The team is a key enabler of the SAP Boards RISE with SAP core strategic focus. Cloud Application Services brings together the solutions and services you need for true business transformation as a service, regardless of where your business stands now or where you want it to go.

What you'll do

Responsibility

Deliver operational phase oriented consulting services with strong industry background

Engage customers directly for opportunities of continuous improvement, business optimization, transformation and innovation.

On demand: Meet customers onsite for consulting services Ad-Hoc.

Tasks

Comprehension of customers needs and business requirements

Diagnose, root cause analysis and resolution of business process and system interruptions

Development and test of desired changes, if required including implementation Execution of proactive periodic support, maintenance activities

Fulfillment of service requests

Onsite training (on demand)

Preparation of monitoring concepts, implementation and execution of monitoring activities

Advice for optimization and continuous improvement, transformation and innovation.

Support customers with adoption S/4 HANA cloud solutions.

What you bring

Experience & Education Requirement

Working (or studying) experience overseas is preferred

Track record of working with and directly communicating with global customers

Professional, Senior or thought leader level of experience & capability to face directly customers, understand business processes and customer code created in SAP solutions. Professional, Senior or thought leader level of experience & capability to develop customer code based on customer business requirements

Professional, Senior or thought leader level of experience & capability to understand customer specific SAP solution configuration

Professional, Senior or thought leader level of experience & capability to change configuration in the customer specific SAP solution based on SAP best practice.

Implementation experience & capability in one of the following SAP Business Suite areas would be an advantage:

AI

BTP

FI-CO

Sales & Distribution

Materials Management

Production Planning

Integrated Business Planning

Extended Warehouse Management

Foreign language skill is a plus

Relevant University Degree
