PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

The SuccessFactors business at SAP is the leading example of how the company is moving to a full cloud delivery model to help customers innovate and change. This is a very exciting time to join SAP SuccessFactors as we have thousands of customers who are transforming their HR processes through the use of our software. By enabling rapid deployments, facilitating more HR Self Service, better reporting and a single HR model across large organizations, SAP customers are seeing the benefit of Cloud software as a service.

We have different opportunities within the SuccessFactors teams and are looking for experts with one of the following focus´:

  • The focus of the Solution Architect is in the planning and design phases of an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. The architect also supports strategic corporate initiatives such as business process improvement initiatives, establishing internal centers of expertise or developing ongoing architectural governance processes.

  • As an HR Business Architect , you enable your customers to reach their strategic HR objectives, from both an IT and business perspective. Help them in identifying value creation potential with SAP SuccessFactors and transforming their HR function through improved HR operating models, processes and cloud solutions to impact business performance. Make your customers successful by adopting HR leading practices for SAP SuccessFactors.

  • The SuccessFactors Project Manager will help shape the solution from the bid phase through to go-live. Coordinating people from across the entire SAP Services organization and dealing with HR Leaders at the customer will allow the project manager to lead and influence the whole project lifecycle.

  • The SuccessFactors Senior Consultant is responsible for implementation projects, designing IT Roadmaps and process consulting

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Master’s degree or an MBA

  • Goal-oriented: starts, drives and accomplishes tasks with little direction

  • Teamwork: builds relationships at every level of the organization and is a motivator who knows how to influence others to do their best work

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, written)

  • Professional English and German language skills are required

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • 5 years (8 years for Architects) of relevant work experience, especially in one of the following areas:

  • Project management experience in large scale, high risk, or strategic HR projects

  • Experience in SuccessFactors projects, with a reputed consulting company, system integrator or corporate HR department

  • Experience in process implementation in leadership and customer facing roles related to solution architecture topics

  • Experience in designing IT Roadmaps and articulating the business value associated

  • Experience in implementing SuccessFactors solutions and certified SuccessFactors knowledge in at least two areas: Employee Central, EC Payroll, Career Side Builder / Recruiting Marketing / Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation / Variable Pay Succession & Development, Solution Architecture, Technology & Integration
