Successfactors is seeking an experienced senior-level Integrations Consultant to work as a Lead ABAP Consultant in the Integrations practice within our Cloud Integrations and Extensions services. Job Duties include:

  • Perform functional analysis and product configurations based on the customer needs and product capabilities

  • Configure pre-packaged integrations based on the implementation needs

  • Assist Project Managers in project timeline discussions related to integrations

  • Participate in requirements, analysis and testing efforts.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and be a team player. May require leading small team (technically) time to time and enabling effective communication between the team and the stakeholders.

  • Troubleshooting complex integration issues

  • Keep the Customer Satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers with proper communication mechanisms

  • Handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of time Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently.

  • Have a good technical understanding of the products and integrations and help the stakeholders in corresponding activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3 years of demonstrable professional experience in Integrations of SaaS applications and/or SAP.

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Successfactors Employee Central

  • At least 2 years of working experience on BIB integrations for SuccessFactors

  • At least 2 years of experience migrating data from SAP to SuccessFactors Employee Central using InfoPorter.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience related to SAP HCM and HR ABAP.

  • Knowledge of SAP PI a plus.

  • Good understanding/experience of Integration architecture and security.

  • Strong interpersonal communication, customer facing, and team player skills

  • Experience in working efficiently with remote teams.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, while effectively managing priorities and communicating progress
