The position is located in Transformation, Diversity & Inclusion in South Africa. You will work as Business Assistant for the Head of Transformation, Diversity & Inclusion of Africa – this being the direct line of report.

The Head of Transformation, Diversity & Inclusion oversees B-BBEE legislation, strategy and implementation. In your role as Business Assistant the expectation and tasks:


You contribute to ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the CFO office and the proper and timely completion of projects and activities like:

  • Support the Head of Transformation in all daily matters and tasks that occur in the Transformation office,

  • Provide administrative support to the Enterprise and Supplier Development program.

  • Collate all preferential procurement information, i.e. certificates, and manage the database.

  • Provide administrative support for the skills development programs

  • Maintain clear/up-to-date records / files of transformation monitoring and reporting tools, systems and procedures.

  • Calculation of certain elements of the BEE scorecard from time to time.

  • Maintain a live database of BBBEE records related to all elements of the BBBEE scorecard, including capturing and managing all relevant data.

  • Obtain, co-ordinate and administer all documentation for BBBEE audits

  • Serve as secretariat for transformation-related services; quarterly BBBEE meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions to be taken.

  • Maintain clear/up-to-date records / files of transformation monitoring and reporting tools, systems and procedures.

  • Perform other administrative tasks in support of Transformation and Training Management, including maintaining the transformation calendar of activities


  • University degree in Business Administration or comparable degree

  • Used to deliver high quality results und pressure and against tight deadlines

  • Ability to work independently with multiple and complex tasks

  • Comfortable to work well on all hierarchic levels of the organization

  • Highest level of flexibility, integrity and confidentially

  • Strong (internal and external) customer-focused attitude

  • Experience in leading projects/project management/project controlling, ability to lead a project team from concept to the final deliverables

  • Excellent knowledge of English,
