Desired Skills and Experience


  • Being part of the legal team, provide advice within various legal areas;

  • Assistance in drafting and reviewing different kinds of documents (e.g. NDA; POAs; etc.);

  • Manage contracts repository; enter and update information in the contracts management system; ensure proper indexing and filing of legal documents, correspondence and other documents in accordance with records management policy;

  • Localization and translation revision of legal documents, both English and Italian;

  • Assist in drafting materials for Board and internal Committee meetings;

  • Support in preparing analysis, legal opinions and in carrying out legal research;

Skills and Experience

Key Requirements

  • Solid experience in working in a law firm or a legal department of a multinational stock listed company, preferably for at least 4 years;

  • University Degree in Law;

  • Native Italian speaker; full proficiency in legal English with outstanding rating in IELTS exam or similar; French, German or Spanish are an advantage;

  • Experience in legal translations;

  • High ethical standards and integrity, high level of discretion and accountability;

  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;

  • Flexible, motivated and able to adapt to a constant changing environment;

  • Strong ability to follow up on pending items, track project progress, and stay current on project status and milestones;
