Location: Newtown Square, PA (and various client sites nationwide)
Purpose and Objective: SAP Industries, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Principal Consultant (multiple openings) for our Newtown Square, PA office location, and various client sites nationwide, to provide application and process specific expert consulting for a or several specific application area, including creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support.
Expectations and Tasks: Provide support in escalated projects, performance of feasibility studies and solution reviews, and support of pre-sales activities (license and consulting). Identify and apply Integrated Service Delivery options, take over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team lead, and take over responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager in people development tasks. Provide detailed planning of process implementation, define detailed blueprint for development requirements, and provide industry and process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP, OnPremise and cloud-based). Develop and Assure quality of process models.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and seven years of experience is required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five years of experience.
Work Experience: Experience must involve at least five years of experience in the following: Fashion Management Solution (FMS); S/4 HANA; designing detailed end-to-end industry-specific and corporate customer to-be processes; identifying appropriate end-to-end solution portfolio options and recommendations; identifying solution gaps and develop gap closure options; SAP IS-Retail solution; software application implementation, development, and customer requirements mapping; Fashion Sales and Distribution area; and facilitation, implementation and support of SAP products.
Travel: 100% travel required to various client sites nationwide.
