We are looking for across-functionaland results-drivenHead of Sustainability Portfolio Growth, Sustainability Product Marketing, (f/m/d),working within the SAP Sustainability Growth Unit.This person will bedriven by the desire to scale SAPs Sustainability growth strategy andbe able to turn the GMs strategic vision into execution at scale through products.This role ensures that the units strategy is reflected in the priorities the units solution portfolio as well as SAPs portfolio overall. The candidate will lead a team, working in a cross-functional organization, responsible for use cases covering key sustainability regulations and customer requirements. They will oversee intra-SAP integration of sustainability across the organization, creating an end-to-end ERP centric product marketing view ofSAPsproductportfolio and its value to customerswhile being a strong influencer across SAP and in the market.

What you'll do

  • Create a data-obsessedand process-orientedteam culturethattranslates strategic vision toactionable steps, facilitatingcollaboration across teams to ensure seamless execution of integration plans forSustainabilityProduct Marketing and Go-to-Market

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of sustainable business plans and implement a rigorous process for use case prioritization.

  • Develop anintra-SAPintegrationstrategy, aligned with existing efforts,forSustainabilityProduct Marketingfocused onmarket trends, customerneeds, business prioritiesandacomprehensive view of SAPsentireproduct portfolio, including interdependencies between individual solutions. This should include priorities such as:

  • Articulate and deliver a business case for RISE/GROWand sustainabilitywith a focus onend-to-end ERP centric sustainability.

  • Plot and execute the strategic positioning of SAP product portfolio along the customer value journeyand ensure that product messaging resonates with target audiences.

  • Bring to lifeproduct marketing materials thatshowcasehow SAP sustainability solutions pull data from different sources, how the solutions process the data, and the output created.

  • Lead product marketing efforts that enable SAP to embed sustainability into the customer business transformation journey through sustainable business processes.

  • Collaborate with GTM, sales operations and commercial teams to identify and execute levers to grow market share, increase installed base penetration and reach product revenue aspirations.

  • Mastermind the connections and harness insights from customer councils

  • Act as the leadingsustainabilityspokesperson for analysts, press, and community engagement, while craftingcompelling narratives to clearly convey SAPs differentiation and value proposition.

W hat you bring

  • Product Marketing experience; pre-sales/sales experience a plus.

  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and experience in aligning business strategies with market dynamics.

  • Analyticalmindset, including proficiency in analysing data to drive decision-makingand comfort with complex interdependencies within a product portfolio.

  • Effectivecommunication and articulation ofcomplex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencingand collaboratingeffectively across teams.

  • Strong businessacumen and understanding of sustainable business practices and their impact, including familiarity with market opportunity mapping and growth strategies.

  • Executionalexcellencewith a proven track record of turning vision into tangible resultsand the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.

  • Riskmanagementand skills in assessing and mitigating risks

  • Collaborativeattitude and an ability to thrive in a cross-functional environmentand contribute to a positive team culture.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 242300 - 411800(USD) USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
