JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Subregional Head for Facility Services & Space Management within SAP's Global Real Estate and Facility Organization, your key responsibility will be to implement the global framework for facility services within your subregion, managing Facility Managers across the subregional countries and locations. You will ensure the harmonious integration of local and subregional requirements, oversee business continuity, and effectively address operational efficiencies and challenges at multiple organizational levels.

  • Implement the global framework for facility services, steering subregional projects, and directing Facility Managers across different locations.

  • Convert global strategies into actionable subregional and local plans, guiding Facility Managers in their execution.

  • Identify subregional issues by working closely with Facility Managers, proposing relevant solutions.

  • Secure and monitor business continuity throughout the subregion with the help of Facility Managers.

  • Address subregional challenges by interacting with Facility Managers and escalating issues to the regional level as needed.

  • Lead the sub region team with a focus on their development and training

  • Being an active part of the regional Senior leadership team

  • Ensuring legal compliance for building operations in all locations

  • Support EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) initiatives within the sub region promoting a culture of innovation

  • Support diversity and wellness within your real estate portfolio

  • Business partnering at all levels within your sub region with internal customers and partner organizations

YOUR PROFILE

A leader with robust project management skills, your extensive experience in facilities and space management equips you to tackle both subregional and regional issues effectively.

  • Bachelors degree in real estate, Business Administration, or related discipline (Advanced degrees are preferred).

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and project management abilities, with proven experience leading Facility Managers.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving competencies.

  • In-depth experience in facility and space management.

  • Proven ability to translate global and regional strategies into successful subregional projects.

  • Proven people leadership skills with a focus on developing and coaching

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.

  • Location Preference: Newtown Square or East Coast, USA

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 127,100 - 277,300 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
