Meet your team
The Cash Collections Organization resumes ownership of the companys trade receivables. The focus isincreasing the cash flowby driving timely settlement from customers usingstandardized processes and tools. The organization will engage with other relevant departments within thecompany to resolve disputes and inform about necessary impairments. It provides timely and relevantreporting and supports projects.
What you'll do
The Cash Collector is responsible for the A/R functions of the relevant legal entity or Region. They overlook the collection process and provide guidance and support. They interact with all levels ofsenior management, ensuring appropriate degree of awareness about potential risks to SAP. While workingacross standard collections tasks on a defined customer portfolio, they will assume responsibility foradditional tasks.
Being involved in business administration
Supporting colleagues with customer related tasks
Performing monitoring and collection of receivables
Managingopen items including overdue receivables
Investigatingbilling discrepancies and responding to external queries
Supporting ad-hoc queries and contributingto projects
Following SAP processes and usingapplication tools available in ISP
Very important in this role is the interaction and communication with other team members, managers andcustomers in an international environment, and as such require advanced communication and languageskill.

Student of Finance, Business administration or similar program
Fluent written and spoken English and Italian language skills
Excellent "Customer Focus" approach
Must be a well-organized and self-starter with "can do" attitude
Strong communication skills, independent communication and negotiation with client
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in an international environment
Strong attention to detail and strong will to deliver excellent quality
Willingness to learn and improve
