ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR Service Consultant in OM Data team will carry out the core organizational management tasks like OM data maintenance, Position management maintenance and quality monitoring. On top of the core duties the Consultant will focus on supporting the OM and PM tasks related to M&As, Quality Management and deployment of new tools, thus HR Projects Internal as well as Global. It is expected that the consultant will enrich the process optimization and standardization in the OM Data team based on the experience gained in previous teams and strengthen the cross-regional cooperation.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Beside the standard Process specialist role Consultant will need to focus on:
Organizational Management data maintenance
Organization Management activities within M&A projects
Bring suggestions and drive enhancements in the area of service optimization with focus on cross regional cooperation and service quality feedback tracking
Deployment of new tools, administration and documentation
Carry out any other duties or projects as requested by the OM data Manager
Work on continuous improvement process steps, thus process optimization and standardization
0 - 3 years’ experience in HR Services
General orientation in organizational and position management
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
University degree preferable
Focus on quality
Ability to work on multiple tasks under pressure and to deadlines
Strong organizational skills
HR process knowledge
Project work/process improvement skills
Ability to work with confidential information
Accuracy / attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in virtual team
Good communication skills (oral and written) with internal and external parties
Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge and experience of recruiting & other HR systems
Fluent written and spoken English language skills
