ROLE DESCRIPTION
SAP seeks Regional Data Operations Analyst responsible for the quality and integrity of corporate information supporting sales processes. The individual is responsible to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs as it relates specifically to data related to company and person. Typically works with data contained in the following systems: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Directs and coordinates the input of data and related data quality efforts for use in the CRM system
Works with Global DQ Team to drive solutions with CRM and other related systems
Works with internal customers to address data needs
Ability To Troubleshoot and Identify Data Issues
Troubleshoots any errors that may occur as a result of data input
Participates and/or directs the creation and approval of policies related to the maintenance of data in the system
Assists in developing processes and procedures with other business functions to ensure an understanding of data input
Performs checks and audits of data to ensure data is accurate and complete
Leverages data quality tools to maintain required updates
Provides issue and problem resolution tracking
Prepares status reports for open projects and issues and review with management on a routine basis
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Experience in data management field is preferred
Strong analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and managing competing deadlines
SAP CRM systems experience is a plus
Advanced level of English
