What you'll do
The PA / Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management team.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Performs administrational support activities to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided. Maintains up-to-date systems and performs administrative tasks according to set policies and procedures.
This role contributes and works on sub projects and activities with moderate level of complexity
Work is independent & collaborative in nature
Provides regular status updates on responsibilities to managers

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Project Management:
Assist in planning and executing various projects within the organization.
Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
Provide regular updates to management on project status and potential issues.
Training Lead:
Monitor and ensure employees complete mandatory internal training programs
Global Focal point to ensure success in the MU compared to the region.
Participation in global meetings, organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars as needed
Other Duties:
Executive visits set up agenda, secure logistics and provide security forms.
Customer workshops organize all logistics, all hospitality, coordination with account executives, marketing and other services..
Facility and IT support, open tickets, track and follow up
Procurement support
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the MD and senior management.
Continuously improve office procedures and efficiency.
Maintain, update and monitor data in internal systems where necessary
Prepare presentations if required.
Calendar Management:
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the MD and senior management while validating all calendar entries are up-to-date and conflicts are resolved promptly. Coordinate with external stakeholders, customers, and partners as needed.
What you bring
A student with at least 1 year left for graduationmandatory
3 years of working experience in related fields - executive assistant or CEO administrative support role in a global company
Project Management Experience
Knowledge of general business processes/practices
Language skills: English Fluent written and verbal, Hebrew-Fluent
Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsible and independent person
Self-learning capability
Team player, expert in organizing, creative, open minded
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
