The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant is responsible for guiding organizations through changes in processes, technologies and organizational structures as part of their SAP transformation. They help SAP customers to adopt their SAP solution to ensure smooth transitions, employee engagement, and realization of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Change strategy:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a change management strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Conduct assessments to understand the impact of changes on various stakeholders.

Change leadership:

  • Identify key stakeholders and develop a communication plan to keep them informed and engaged.

  • Develop a change network to support change activities and foster change from within the organization.

Change communication and engagement:

  • Create clear, concise, and compelling communication materials to support change initiatives.

Change Enablement:

  • Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for the change.

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.

Change Realization:

  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments to evaluate the impact of changes on the organization and its people.

  • Use data and feedback to make informed adjustments to change realization plans.

Change Effectiveness:

  • Create link with business objectives or program business case to measure change success.

  • Develop metrics to measure the success of change initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in organizational change management or related roles for SAP transformations.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives in diverse organizational settings.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (prefer PROSCI or similar certified).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization, specifically ability to engage on board level.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently, shape and lead engagements.

  • Willing to travel when needed.

  • Fluent in English. Additional Dutch language skills are prefered.
