ABOUT THE ROLE:

SAP HANA Development Support team is a global customer supporting team in HANA database organization. On behalf of HANA database development team, we are helping internal/external customers to run their business on HANA on-premise / cloud better. Also we enhance the quality of product as a big part of HANA development process.
WHAT YOULL DO
You will solve complex HANA Database problems of customers and SAP internal stakeholders such as SuccessFactor and Ariba.
You will communicate issues with global front-office support or global customers.
You will work hand-in-hand with development teams to improve the quality of HANA product.
You will improve supportability features and the documentation such as SAP Notes and SAP Blogs.
WHAT YOULL BRING
Strong analytical skills: familiar with debugging and analyzing complex problems
Good communication skills: verbal and written working proficiency in English and Korean
Good knowledge of general database architecture and SQL
Knowledge of LINUX
Knowledge of Python/shell-Scripting, C/C
Using C -Debuggers (like GDB) or profiling tools
Knowledge of SAP Applications (e.g. BW, S/4 HANA)
Knowledge of general cloud architecture
