Senior-level professionals who use in-depth knowledge of specialized functions to resolve business issues. The ability to interpret and adapt textbook concepts is critical. These positions make difficult and complex decisions which address key business issues and give consideration to the impact on other parts of the business. Judgment and discretion must be exercised in interpreting and communicating technological, legal or specialized guidelines. May have significant project management responsibilities including project planning/direction, delegation and review, facilitation of teamwork.

  • Actively contributes in weekly client meetings

  • Proactively communicates with clients


  • 5-8 years headhunter or IT industry recruiter relevant professional experience, most focus on go-to market function (like sales, presales, corp. function, consultant)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or applicable certification or comparable experience

  • Fluent in English
