SAP ABAP Development Principal Consultant in Cloud & Lifecycle Management in Sofia, Bulgaria

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Cloud & Lifecycle Management organization designs and implements the infrastructure to handle the requirements of the rapidly growing SAP Cloud Business. We are implementing the automation of delivering the whole portfolio of SAP Software to our customers, also we automate the process on update/upgrade and decommission of our software. We work with the latest cloud native technologies and we have solutions both in Cloud and On-Premise.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated ABAP development consultants. You will be part of teams working on the core lifecycle management components for SAPs cloud business.Our team is fully responsible for the automation, orchestration and scalability of various lifecycle management operations as well as migrations from on-premise SAP products like HANA 2.0 and ECC to latest cloud products like HANA Cloud and S/4HANA Cloud. Our customers are among the biggest and successful companies in the world. You will get the opportunity to work with most trending technologies, in a highly motivated team, established from young talents as well as experienced professionals.

Specifically, you will:

  • Consult the development teams in topics related to ECC and S/4HANA

  • Participate in all phases of the software services development, from design discussions, implementation, testing, to deployment and operations

  • Embrace the exciting opportunity to join a high-profile strategic and transformational project to deliver the next generation of software lifecycle management services

  • Work in an agile team applying Scrum, agile development practices and DevOps, thus contributing to team goals, requiring the flexibility and the ability to work on different topics.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills

  • SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience from the Prepare/Explore phase till Run phase

  • Familiarity with one or more ERP modules, such as FI, CO, MM, SD

  • Functional knowledge of Main process, Master Data, Organizational Structure, Data structure (main tables and fields and their relationship)

  • ABAP, OO ABAP, ABAP on HANA, ABAP Interfaces(OData), CDS Views, HTML5, SAP UI5, FIORI

  • Strong Debugging Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Highly motivated and a Team player

  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

  • Fluency in English

Advantage:

  • Experience with data migration and conversion(S/4 HANA, LSMW, BAPI, etc.)

  • Knowledge in SAP LT
