Content and Expectations
For our Finance teams in North America we are searching for an experienced Real Estate and Finance Consultant. If you have a proven track record of successful implementation in Finance and Asset Accounting and you are willing to develop yourself into the area of lease accounting (IFRS16 or ASC 842), you are the one we are looking for. Alternatively, if you can show a proven track record of successful SAP Real Estate implementation projects and you are interested in developing yourself into Lease Accounting with SAP Real Estate and SAP Asset Accounting, this job offering could also be interesting for you. This position also offers the opportunity to work on S/4 HANA Finance projects and support implementations for SAP Cloud for Real Estate – C4RE.
Expectations and Tasks
Should have a very good understanding in Real Estate Management processes
Should have a good understanding in Finance processes, especially Asset Accounting
Should be good with documentation and general Office tools
Should have excellent communication suitable for leading customer facing engagements
Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose solutions
Should be comfortable with planning and tracking schedules/ resources and risks in an implementation
Should be willing to travel 80-100% of the time
Conducting of requirements workshops on customer site
Developing of concepts and solutions for the collected customer requirements
Solution deployment, test coordination, key user skill enablement, roll out support
Business consultancy in organizational matter, for project scoping and estimation as well as implementation and integration strategies
Elaboration of business case scenarios and ROI strategies to support customer during investment decision
Sales support for license and consulting sales activities as well as effort estimation and bid preparation
Capabilities to act as sub project or project lead
Work in virtual teams
Key Performance Indicators
Improving efficiency of delivery through knowledge assets & services creation
Business development activities in the team
Ramp-up of internal colleagues
Experience and Other Requirements
Domain expertise : Should have good understanding of Real Estate customers and Financial processes. Should have a keen understanding of the industry trends and the solution trends supporting the industry changes. Should be able to relate to SAP’s solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry.
Solution expertise : Should have at least 5 end-to-end implementations with experience in leading solutions, tracks and people. Solution expertise in the areas of S4HANA Finance, S4 HANA Real Estate, certifications complete the profile.
Soft skills : Clear and articulate communication. Strong analytical skills, willingness to continuously extend the knowledge and skills e.g. in Finance topics or SAP’s cloud solutions for Real Estate.
Up to 100% travel is required
