SAP Developer Associate (f/m/d) for SAP Landscape Orchestration in Walldorf, Germany

What you`ll do

We are looking for a new colleague, a team player (f/m/d) who is open for new challenges and opportunities, new learnings and enjoys working on a team atmosphere, where collegiality, trust, mutual support and, last but not least, having fun with each other are not empty phrases, but everyday life and the absolute key to success.

After an onboarding phase, you will work on exciting tasks. As a Junior Developer (f/m/d), you will be responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of complex product features in a development team, as well resolving complex issues within own area. Your core tasks will include:

  • Providing application implementation services of specific product features within the boundaries of product specifications and requirements, including implementation, testing and integration activities

  • Requirements analysis and documentation

  • Maintenance activities including error analysis and removal

Our focus is to deliver end-to-end services to enable the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization to support the customers business transformation, allow them to turn into cost-effective sustainable intelligent enterprises and ensure operational excellence. Due to the nature of our services, you will gain a holistic understanding of SAP landscapes, their underlining infrastructure and management aspects.

What you bring

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or compared education

  • Programing skills and practical experience in modern Java development

  • Designing and Implementation of automation processes and tasks using low-code / no-code environments

  • Good skills and knowledge of agile software engineering (ASE) methods and test-driven development (TDD)

  • Fluency both written and spoken in German and English

Beneficial:

  • Experience with standard CI/CD environments is a plus

  • Basic ABAP Knowledge is a plus

Our product SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) enables customers to simplify and automate the management and operations SAP landscapes in hybrid environments. We contribute to the IT process automation and operations for Enterprise Cloud Services and S4HANA Cloud Ops.

Our Landscape Management team is an international, high-motivated, collaborative, and diverse team, with young talents as well as established professionals. We work together in a companionable and trustful way and are always keen to support each other.
