About the team:

As part of SAP Analytics Cloud, our team Firefly plays a vital role unleashing the power of data. We enrich different SAP applications with the tools to discover and build a better picture about the data. Enabling end-user to explore the insights of the data is our goal. Our team conveys the servers capabilities via APIs and components that are used by SAP applications.

What youll do:

Location: Walldorf

Expected start date: 01.08.2024

In this role, youll:

We are looking for a student to work with our team of talented, supportive, and motivated colleagues. You will be developing APIs and UI components for SAP Analytics that will be consumed by different stockholders in SAP. You will have the chance to improve your programming skills and build experience in SAP systems and software. You will have a chance to form the application and contribute with ideas. Your responsibilities will vary from building PoC, designing the component, development and testing. Also, you will have a lot of support and consulting from us whenever needed.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Programming experience in Java and JavaScript.

Experience with Database and Data Analytics (OLAP).

Experience with SAP UI5 is a plus.

Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g. HANA, BW, Datasphere) is a big plus.

Solid understanding of mathematical formulas.

Preferred field of study: Computer Sciences or similar.

Language requirements: Fluent in German and English.
