What you'll do

Your tasks will depend on the focus area in which you join us. Find out what your strengths are, on which way you would like to support us and deepen your knowledge & skills:

Leadership : Support our team leader by streamlining, structuring, and simplifying daily operations across all areas, and assisting with project management tasks, including planning and executing operational activities. Work closely with the CTG Co-leads, playing an integral role in ensuring the success of all team-driven projects.

Engagements : Drive customer engagements by ensuring a deep understanding of customer expectations and delivering an exceptional experience. Foster long-term strategic exchanges and partnerships, thereby helping customers succeed in their transformation journey while reinforcing SAP's position through robust relationship-building and strategic partnerships. Additionally, collaborate with the SAP partner ecosystem, expand our services and scale the impact of the CTG.

Content Management : Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Content Management, where your role in curating and crafting content is central to portraying SAP's transformation story. Create an engaging storyline that consistently capture the essence of our journey, enabling internal and external listener to understand our vision and fueling the future of SAP.

Experience (Creative Design): Become our creative mind, designing innovative multimedia assets for a top-tier experience while adhering to SAP's brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with our content management and marketing experts to realize a shared vision and engage in the creation, testing, and sharing of cutting-edge tools, methods, and best practices for content creation.

Experience (Communication & Events) : Join our communications specialists, organize our internal and external representation and support in managing the content creation process.

Experience (Measurement & Reporting) : Measuring, monitoring, and interpreting key KPIs related to customer engagements, content assets, and satisfaction, conducting ad hoc analyses, generating reports for marketing support, and enhancing automation and data quality of tracking systems via dashboard implementation.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Economics, business management, marketing/communications, data science, computer science, mathematics or similar.

Hard Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong business understanding and aptitude, knowledge of transformational topics preferred

  • Experience/knowledge in the area where you want to support as plus

  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus

Meet your team

Purpose & Objectives

Located within the People and Operations board area, the SAP Transformation Office drives execution and transformation of the companys strategy to build tomorrows SAP. The Customer Transformation Group (CTG) is a team located within the SAP Corporate Transformation Organization and devoted itself to the mission of helping customers succeed on their transformation by sharing SAPs own transformation journey . Therefore, CTG leads the Transformation Business Network and serves as a knowledge hub , facilitates Peer2Peer Exchanges in various formats and drives enablement .

The customer engagements are dedicated to ensuring a true understanding of their expectations and to provide the most excellent customer experience. Based on that, long-lasting strategic business exchanges and peer-to-peer partnerships are created. Next to Customer Engagements, the team also drives Internal Enablement and Knowledge Sharing as well as Content Creation.

To ensure our success we are structured in the following focus areas :

What we are doing:

  • Organize transformational exchanges to share SAPs transformation best practices and E2E know how (Approach, Techniques, Learnings, Decision Criteria) with customers and internally

  • Advise neutrally in transformational topics by acting as a strategic reference to customers and supporting them before, during and after the sales process

  • Identify transformation stories, generate the content and create presentation materials like storyboards, speaker notes and videos

  • Generate various other communication material and creative design assets to support internal marketing and other areas within SAP

  • Organize transformation events and engage with other SAP areas to train other SAP employees to become CTO speakers

  • Monitor and measure key KPIs to keep track of our activities and create reports

  • Intensify relationships by building strategic partnerships and customer loyalty for life

  • Learn from customers and leverage the feedback in our projects and business models

  • Predict customer needs, build up pipeline of customers demand and create options to buy more from SAP

  • Help employees understand the transformation and their own contribution to it

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
