PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Taking the design of Human Resources Cloud Applications to the next level of design excellence is the core business of the Employee Central User Experience Team. Business applications are evolving. New users, new devices, and new business models are emerging. To create business applications that are easy to consume as common websites and just as functionally rich as the user needs them to be is the challenge we face.
We are always striving to improve. Experienced professionals as well as fresh designers with different backgrounds, skill sets and expertise are working together with product management and development to define the future of our Cloud products. We are committed to world-class user experience.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a member of our UX team you will help us creating functional prototypes using tools like Sketch and Axure. You will explore new UI design ideas both for Web and Mobile and brainstorm with the team on how to integrate them into our product design. You will support us in preparing and running user research activities with end users and customers and consolidating the findings.
You are eager to explore interaction techniques and willing to work in a cross-disciplinary team. You have an open mind set, independent work style combined with team orientation.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Currently enrolled as student at a university or university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Communication Design, Psychology, Media Design, Software Engineering with focus on UI/Interaction design or related field
Good skills in mastery of graphical prototyping software, MS Office
Good skills in graphical design is a plus
Team player with the ability to work independently
Fluency in English
