We provide a cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS) to manage contingent workforce and services procurement programs. More than 300 customers leverage the Fieldglass solution to gain visibility into their external workforces, including contingent labor, services managed through Statements of Work and independent contractors while optimizing spend, quality, compliance and efficiency. As Project Manager within Implementation you will be responsible for the successful maintenance and delivery of all project-related documents, which include, but are not limited to the following: project plans, timelines, requirements documents, design documents, issues logs, risk mitigation plans, and other project deliverables. The PM is also responsible for delegating project responsibilities and deliverables to additional project resources, as well as scheduling regular project routines and activities.

Fieldglass implementation projects require hands-on participation from all project resources, including the PM, that conclude upon successful transition of the customer to the Fieldglass Account Services team. This role can be based out of any of our German office locations, preferably Walldorf.


  • Provide day-to-day management in the delivery and deployment of the Fieldglass application and related services to clients. Ensures the evolution of the service delivery methodology to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention

  • Confirm project scope with customers and partners

  • Schedule and lead key project routines such as meetings, status reporting, issues management and mitigation, etc.

  • Ensure methodology is employed for each project

  • Own quality of implementation

  • Setting up the Fieldglass Account Services Department for success through properly executed transitions at the time of implementation conclusion

  • Represent Fieldglass as an application subject matter expert (SME) 2

  • Provide sound consultation to customers and partners on how to use the Fieldglass application as part of their larger contingent workforce management program


  • Since we are an international team; you will be working with internal and external colleagues from all over the globe, we require business fluent German and English language skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters or PMP (a plus), and 7-10 yrs. of related PM experience, with an emphasis on software implementation or integration

  • Clear communication style, both written & verbal, with the ability to provide consultation to partners and customers, while managing expectations

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced culture

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence, combined with a roll up your sleeves approach and the ability to execute
