Global Licensing of SAP SE is negotiating and handling all global contracts with third party vendors,whose software and services are integrated into SAP software / cloud services or distributed as a reselling product. Global Licensing is working closely with other departments like development, global legal, support service, field areas etc.A large section of the contracting partners are residing in English speaking countries.


As a student you will support current projects and daily business. Your tasks include:

  • Administration of contracts

  • Data preparation & cleansing and continuous improvement of data quality

  • Contract analysis

  • Support the administrative office, especially in case of sickness or vacation

  • Support the team in negotiation-relevant situations


  • Currently enrolled as a student of Law or Economics at a university or of a university of applied sciences (FH)

  • Interest in economic, contractual and technical contexts

  • Good skills in Microsoft Office

  • Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken

  • Engagement and ability to work in a team, flexibility

  • Organizational talent and analytical thinking

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
